This meditation session is intended to help you more easily fall asleep, and also sleep more deeply and comfortably.

I recommend listening at night when going to bed, wearing comfortable headphones or earbuds. Allow me to first guide you, then fade away as the soundscape helps to move you toward a deep, relaxing sleep. Wake up tomorrow feeling refreshed and ready for a new day.
