This session will give a bit more time in silence, in order for you to spend some time observing your thoughts and seeing what you notice. Inevitably, there will be a stray thoughts. The goal is to recognize them, then gently set them free. Always bringing focus back to your breath and body - Calm and at peace in the present moment, living with abundance!
