This topic teaches the skill of non-judgement. This means that we learn to simply observe and understand things as they are - This will build a greater sense of calm and peace in the present moment. In this guided meditation, we will use several affirmations that you can remind yourself of throughout the day:

- I will remain free of judgement
- I will see with clarity
- I will make choices with care
- I will have compassion for others
- I will have compassion for myself
